7010-T6 aluminum alloy, braceless design to reduce weight while maintaining an extremely high strength. The braceless design allows for a comfortable level of flexibility. 1-1/8" clamping area reduces slippage. Laser-etched positioning grid; knurled clutch side bar end prevents grip slippage. Shot-peened, anodized finish resists corrosion. Each handlebar includes an updated injection molded foam bar pad for better protection and greater durability. Requires 1-1/8" bar mounts for bikes originally equipped with 7/8" bars..
