Optional stainless steel link pipe takes the FTR1200 to a higher performance level by providing more power and torque (for use with stock head pipes). Stock heat shield or optional carbon heat shield can be used. Header and link pipe are both designed to fit with either the stock muffler or Akrapovic low mount slip-on and Akrapovic high mount slip-on that come as standard or original accessory by Indian Motorcycles. Optional carbon fiber heat shield is designed to replace the stock heat shield and can be used on Akrapovic or stock headers.
