HVHP Oil Pump Cover - Standard

HVHP oil pumps have a new gear tooth profile with fewer but larger teeth that provides an increased oil volume for both supply and return-side of the pump. Supply-side gears are 9% wider than stock. Return gears are 28% wider than stock to ensure that the additional volume of oil supplied to the engine is scavenged and returned to the oil tank, reducing the amount of oil in the crankcase breather. Pumps are available in universal and standard styles; universal style has a number of oil feed and return options allowing maximum flexibility for custom installations, while standard has '92-'99 style oil line hookups. Kit includes supply gears, return gears, drive shaft, drive shaft keys, drive shaft snap rings, check ball, check ball spring, pressure valve spring, cover screws with O-rings, miscellaneous hose fittings, plugs, screws, gaskets, mounting hardware, oil pump drive shaft gear, oil pump pinion shaft gear, S&S breather gear and shim kit and instructions.
