Universal saddlebag quick release plate. Aircraft grade aluminum plate and mounting hardware. Powder-coated and anodized finish for maximum durability. Stainless steel screws and washers will not rust. Fits most tubular pannier racks up to 18mm and 20mm racks with optional latch. Compatible with racks offset for exhaust with optional aluminum extension. Designed for Rigg Gear Hurricane and Sierra saddlebags. Works with Sierra or other dual sport saddlebags with optional strap. Accomodates most aftermarket soft panniers. Lockable release latch (lock sold separately). Can be hard mounted to most plastic hard cases. Rotopax ready. 30 lb weight limit or the weight limit of your pannier pack (whichever is lesser).
