Neo-retro styling, this exhaust features black-coated double conical mufflers constructed from high-grade stainless steel with a lightweight titanium link pipe. Finished with a sandblasted stainless-steel heatshield to protect the rider’s equipment and a laser-engraved Akrapovic logo on the muffler for a classy and refined look. 0.9 kW (1.2 hp) increase in power and a torque gain of 1.6 Nm, both at 6,200 rpm, when compared to a BMW R 12 nineT equipped with a standard stock system. Weight is reduced by 10.6% over the stock exhaust, and delivers a deep and sporty sound, which meets type approval for an EC/ECE certificate. Plug-and-play installation that requires no remapping.
