Removes the risk of using the starting system to pump up the lifters or damage to the valve train at low rpm if the lifters are not fully bled. Special jar, designed for vacuum, holds up to four hydraulic lifters in a convenient tray. Apply the vacuum to fully bleed the lifters and have them ready to install. Bleeds and pumps up hydraulic lifters. Made in the U.S.A..
