Kit contains 4 of each: 1/4" thick spacer plates, 8mm x 30mm hex head bolts, 8mm x 35mm hex head bolts, 8mm lock washers, 8mm flat washers. Allows winch spacing from 1/4" or 1/2". Hole to Hole dimension on the spacers are 3.00". Zinc plated clear. Made in USA. Required with some winch applications for winch and frame clearance.
